Black Cardamom available in stock – bulk cardamom and selected cardamom ready for supply

Mai Anh Group currently has over 30 tons of bulk cardamom and 70 tons of selected cardamom at our Lai Chau warehouse, ready for supply to our customers.

We use two drying methods to process the cardamom.

1. Wood-fired drying method: This method is highly efficient and is widely exported to markets such as Pakistan, China, and the Middle East.
2. Modern smoke-free drying method: This method helps retain the cardamom’s bright color and distinctive aroma, meeting the requirements of demanding markets such as Japan, South Korea, and Europe.

Cardamom classification:

• Bulk cardamom: Once dried to the standard moisture level, the cardamom is packed in 50 kg bags and stored in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse. The sizes vary, with a mix of small and large cardamom.
• Selected cardamom: After drying, the cardamom is carefully sorted by hand or screened to select large, uniform, and well-seeded pieces.
