Black Cardamom

In medicine, cardamom has only been used by people. In ancient texts, cardamom is described as being pungent, acrid, warm property, and non-toxic. When entering the spleen and stomach, it can dry dampness, disperse coldness, expell sputum, treat malaria, digest food, and alleviates food stagnation. It can also be used as medicine to strengthen the spleen, detoxify, treat colic, vomiting, and foul breath.
